After completing his high school, Dharmesh could not continue his study further because of family problems. He remained unemployed youth for more than 2 years.

ESDP in computers and hardware, organized by DNFRD not only gave him skills to operate the computer but also boosted his self confidence to try his luck in computers.

Finally Dharmesh got success in getting job in reputed distributer's shop of Nerolac paints in Rishikesh.

It aims to assist youth and women so that they can be better prepared for future challenges, and improve their life by grabbing coming up opportunities of employment or self employment.
