Objectives of Trust

a) The main objectives of the trust are:-

1- To improve education standards and facilities, in particular Technical Education by establishing or running the institute, promoting literacy, and offering value-based education.

2- To develop and strengthen a comprehensive, convergent, sustainable, and participatory rural development program.

3- To promote skill development activities, vocational and self employment training.

4- To empower rural women and youth.

b) The other objectives of trust are:-

1- To help reduce poverty and increase economic self-reliance through income generation schemes, and village-level enterprise.

2- To provide community-based healthcare through preventive and promotional measures, and provide primary healthcare services from dispensaries.

3- To strengthen local self-governance.

4- To create environmental awareness and implement natural resource management.

The trust believes that the socio-economic conditions of the people can be improved by focusing on above objectives. The younger generation, in particular, will get a direction towards better living conditions for themselves and their dependents.

The area of operation of Trust activities will be in rural parts of Uttarakhand state. Initially activities will start from Ghansali and then spreading in other areas of the state.
